Heh...I need to start updating this Livejournal more often.
During the past few days I've been very busy with random stuff. Got a ton of college work running me over like a tank. When I have some free time I'm either playing WoW, looking through eBay, reading Wicked, or watching some random Anime. It's not much but at least it keeps me busy. I do get bored every now and then. Like in WoW I got two alts I'm working on and whenever I get bored with one I switch to another alt. Here's my current characters' levels...
Undead Warlock - 60
Tauren Shaman - 20
Night Elf Hunter - 16
I'm hoping that I could get that white lion for the hunter. He's at the right level and has made the oh-so-wonderful walk to the Barrens from Darkshore. Got a good friend on the Horde side that will help me with that. The Nelf's current pet is an owl named Epyon. As for the Shaman, I just like running around in wolf form. Even tried to fight in wolf form when helping my friend with one of his lower level alts.
...I need to roll a Druid...
As for the Warlock, I killed her Tailoring skill because I wasn't going anywhere with that. Picked up Herbalism to make more extra gold along with the wonderful Skinning skill. Gonna see if I can get her to MC tonight. This will be her third time going. Hopefully some Felheart stuff will drop. She needs armor upgrades....really bad...
Ok, enough talk about WoW.
Found another Anime I really like now. Last week I picked up the first few DVDs of Gundam Seed Destiny. I've always liked the older Gundam series and I was curious to see what this new series have to offer. I do kick myself for not getting the original Gundam Seed series on DVD. Anyone know if Gundam Seed is going to have a "Complete Collection" DVD set coming out? As for Gundam Seed Destiny, I find the series very interesting and entertaining. That first episode really shocked me with that one scene about Shin's past. o_o Right now I've seen the first three episodes and when I have more free time I'll watch the rest. Love the story so far and yes, I understand it even though I've only seen a few episodes of Gundam Seed on TV.
Watch out for incoming new changes for this livejournal. ^_^

Not much has been going on lately. Just going to class, come home, do some random stuff, and play WoW. Some people here are going crazy because of this...
http://www.wcsc.com/home/3751137.html
"Oh noz!!1!!one!!!"
As for WoW, had a few firsts there this week...
- First time going in a real raid
- Went to MC on Monday. First time for the guild. Went all the way up to Luci.
- Went to ZG on Tuesday. Downed Bat, Spider, Snake, and that Bloodlord guy with the Raptor.
My main is still at level 58 but she might hit 59 later today if I work on her leveling. Lately I've been working on AV rep. Yes you've heard that right, I've been PvPing. That's because I got a new goal...
- Get Exalted with Frostwolf Clan
- Get the Frostwolf Mount
I've been having fun out there helping with the offensive team. Most of the time I get pwned by the NPCs than the players. The players do pick on me more because of my lower level and the fact that I'm a cloth wearer. Ah well, I'm still learning quite a bit about AV and PvP itself. Yes I'm not as good as that random rank 12 Tauren but at least I'm still having fun. Some people I've seen there take the game way too seriously. It's just a game. Not everyone is going to go by your orders especially since it's now a x-server pvp. You're not going to win every game out there. I would have to say that between the Alliance and Horde the winnings have been pretty even. The Alliance would have their good runs and the Horde would too. Maybe after I've finished with AV I'll go back to WSG once I hit 60.

Classes started yesterday. Here's what I have for this semester...
Biol 142 - Botany/Botany Lab
Comm 212 - Phonetics
Engl 201 - Survey Of English Literature
Kine 108 - Beginning Golf
I would have Chem 115 - Introduction To Chemistry but they cancelled the dang class. ><
Today I only have Phonetics and that starts at 12:30. It's going to be an easy day.

Hmm...to those of you who play WoW, what are your opinions about the new patch?
In a way I like how BGs might be easier to get into. I'm not that much of a pvper but I believe it's a good idea of making groups of servers for pvp. Wait time not so insane and there's a lot of BGs open. I might create a character to try more pvp. I sent my Lock to WSG once and she didn't last too long. XD
Right now this new patch is crashing servers and making everyone go lagtastically mad. -_-;

Funny how five days goes by really fast when you're on vacation. Dangit, I want to stay a few more days but I have classes starting tomorrow! ><
The day we left Charleston was an adventure all on its own. Right in the middle of nowhere close to the Georgia border on I-95 the front tire on our car went flat. It took forever for help to arrive and even longer to get the tires changed. Good thing the car had a DVD player. On that day I watched the whole Giant Robo series except for the Ginrei Specials (I watched that yesterday).
<--- Has a new favorite series!
Screencaps ahoy!
(gets a shield out)
We finally got to the hotel around 8 PM. Dead tired after that. Portofino Bay hotel is really beautiful but super expensive. Don't drink the bottled water in the room. That thing costs $7!
On the first day we went over to Disney World. First off we had to get the tickets for Cirque du Soeil. It was very easy to get and there were no lines. After that we went to the Magic Kingdom. On a Thursday it wasn't too crowded. We only had time to go on three rides and take pictures of a few characters. The three rides we went on were Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Pirates of the Caribbean, and the Carousel of Tomorrow (if you want to call that a ride). If we could we would have went on the Buzz Lightyear ride multiple times. The Pirates ride was also very good but the line to get in was a bit long. Guess because they added Jack Sparrow to the ride. Lucky us got the front seats on the boat and I believe we drove everyone behind us mad. We tried to get pictures of Jack Sparrow but the area he was in was super dark and we couldn't get any good pictures. As for characters, I got pictures of Buzz Lightyear, Robin Hood, and the Monk. Tried to get pictures of Timon but he was nowhere to be seen. x.x I like how they did Robin Hood's fursuit. Heh, I need to start working on my Sola suit again. >.>
On Friday we went to see Cirque du Soeil. It's a great show! I really liked the "yo-yo" act with the little girls. Amazing what they did. The show itself felt shorter than the one I saw in Myrtle Beach last year. Both have some similar acts but there are some major differences.
Cirque do Soeil - Yo-yo trick, complex costumes, had more "story", use of props for background
Myrtle Beach Cirque - Dog tricks, man running on dangerous objects, longer show, more interactions with the audience
They're both good and I can't pick which one I like more.
That's just the "major" stuff we did during the trip. I'll see if I can get those pictures posted later.

I got my copy of Guild Wars yesterday. Got the "Game of the Year" edition. Never played the game before and I was curious to see what it was like.
MMORPG + Free Online Play = <3
It's going pretty good so far. Got two characters that I'll be working on. One is a Necromancer/Ranger and the other is an Elementalist. Not sure what the Elementalist's secondary profession is going to be yet. Geez, I just can't get away from the Warlock-ish classes. XD The starting towns are FILLED with annoying noobs. I'm glad that when you get out of town you can get away from all that mess. Right now I'm still learning the basics of the game. Some things I just don't know what the heck I'm doing. XD I won't play GW as often as WoW though. *WoW Addict*
My one problem with GW, there's too many smexy character design combinations to choose from and not enough character slots. XD

I just watched the Last Unicorn for the first time. It's an impressive movie and I only wished the DVD could have presented it a bit better. In the beginning the audio is very off and the picture quality went from super dark to grainy. In the end it did improved, thank goodness. I'm not sure if there's another DVD version of the movie out there. I got the Carlton/F.H.E. version. Yes, the one with the fuguly cover. -_-'
I also got some other DVDs on my little "trip" to Best Buy. First off I got the IGPX DVD volume 4. I would have gotten it on Tuesday but since Best Buy gave away coupons I decided to wait till today to get it. Also got the Tarzan Broadway Version CD and the Giant Robo DVD box set. Never seen Giant Robo before but I heard it was really good. Classic Anime need more love. Going to watch it now.

Yesterday I went over to the new shopping center in Charleston. Yes I'm talking about the new brightly colored, so bright and hot it might just melt your eyes, outlet mall next to the airport. Just think an outlet mall from Myrtle Beach, make it brightly colored and Charleston-ish, and make the store smaller. The truth is not all of the stores are open yet. The new Borders store they have there is very tiny. Not the "huge" store I keep hearing about from the people over at Barnes and Noble. They had an interesting selection of books. Picked up "Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West" by Gregory Maguire and "The Hand of Dinotopia" by Alan Dean Foster. I got to start reading Wicked and then find my copy of "Son of a BWitch". Really curious to see what that's all about.
This time next week I'll be over in Orlando, Florida. Can't wait! :) I'm not sure what I'm going to do over there other than just go to the Cirque du Soleil show. Hopefully go to the Magic Kingdom. (is a huge Disney fan) lol. It all depends on how my Mother feels and if my Father wants to go. We'll be going to the Portofino Bay hotel over in Universal Studios territory. To infinity and beyond!
Not much else going on. Playing lots of WoW and reading books. :P

My "vacation" starts today. I'm finally free. Woot! Just two weeks and after that I have to go to class. Already got the books for this coming semester. Not too many books this time and I'm glad they're not as big as the ones I've had in the past. Glad that they got the books in weeks before the semester starts. Last time they had it on the day before classes start and it was hell just trying to go through the store to get the books.
It's official I'll be going down to Orlando, FL from August 16 - 20. On that Friday I'll be going to see Cirque du Soleil. Also on Thursday or Saturday I'll be going to a random park. Not sure which one to go to yet. Right now it's a tie between Sea World, Magic Kingdom, or Animal Kingdom. It will probably be Magic Kingdom.
My Warlock is almost to level 50. Woot!
